   Proposal Description:
   Limited information is known about the cognitive profiles of individuals with Early-Onset Alzheimer's disease (EO-AD), and information about change over time in this disease state is lacking. The purpose of this study will be to characterize the cognitive performance of participants from the Longitudinal    Early-Onset AD Study (LEADS) across serial assessments. To do so, the study plans to use the NACC dataset across the broader ADRC population to develop standardized-regression-based (SRB) 1-year prediction equations for the variables in the LEADS cognitive battery. Such equations will subsequently be   applied to the baseline performances of the EO-AD cohort to better understand reliable and meaningful change over time, and to ascertain differences in change over time between EO-AD and late-onset AD.
